FORMS ACADEMY RESIDENCY PROGRAM AWARDED ACCREDITATION

July 24, 2024 – Melissa, TX – Today Forms Academy (FA) announced that the Forms Academy Residency has been awarded Accredited Status by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI), the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI).  On June 27, 2024 these organizations provided FA with this highly regarded accreditation that is recognized throughout the world.

“Accreditation as converted by the Cognia Global Accreditation Commission provides Forms Academy Residency a nationally recognized mark of quality for our school,” shared Mindy Hogsett, “It demonstrates to our community our commitment to excellence, our willingness to enact meaningful change based on evaluation and feedback, and our desire to be the best we can be on behalf of the students we serve.”

Cognia recognizes schools across the globe that meet rigorous standards focused on productive learning environments, equitable resource allocation, and effective leadership.  To earn Cognia accreditation, a school must submit to internal and external review.  Earning accreditation from the Cognia Global Accreditation Commission means that the school meets Cognia Performance Standards and maintains a commitment to continuous improvement.  Schools in good standing can maintain their accreditation for a six-year term.

About Forms Academy Residency

Forms Academy Residency represents a groundbreaking initiative that is revitalizing the conventional norms in the realm of player development.  By implementing innovative methodologies and cultivating a supportive environment, Forms Residency is dedicated to redefining and enhancing the standards of player growth and progression.  The school has a campus serving more than 60 students in First Grade through Grade 9 in Melissa, TX.  Certain grades are currently accepting applications.  Interest families should email admin@formsacademy.com to schedule a tour  or request more information.
