Funds can be applied directly to tuition and fees at approved private programs like Forms Academy Residency.

Academic Support

Accounts cover specialized tutoring, educational therapies, and comprehensive support services to ensure student success.

Documentation for Disability Priority

Students with disabilities may receive funding priority. Parents must submit ONE of the following:

Texas IEP

Issued by a Texas school district or charter school.

Full Evaluation

Full Individual & Initial Evaluation (FIIE).

Out-of-State IEP

Verified by the previous state/district.

Disability Certification Form

Required only if no current IEP exists. Use this for prioritization eligibility.
If your child has a current IEP on file with TEA, you do not need to upload additional forms.

Can I use these funds for Forms Academy Residency?
Yes! Forms Academy Residency is an approved vendor. Once admitted and funded, you can direct your TEFA payments to cover our tuition.
