This policy explains what information Forms Academy collects on formsresidency.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to admin@formsacademy.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Our site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records that a page was viewed and, on some pages, that a form was sent successfully. It does not receive the names, emails, phone numbers, birthdates or messages you type into our forms. Meta may use the cookies it sets to measure and personalize ads, under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this:

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our programs and this site, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our email and database providers, and the advertising measurement described above, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Children

This site is meant for parents and guardians. Information about a student is provided by a parent or guardian for admission, enrollment and training. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information as long as we need it to run our programs, meet school record requirements and keep financial records, and we protect it with access controls and secure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about your family by emailing admin@formsacademy.com. Some records, such as payment and school records, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
