Under the partnership, Forms Academy provides technical training, futsal programming, and foundational development for players from the youngest ages, preparing them for evaluation and potential entry into the FC Dallas elite player platforms. FC Dallas Academy staff will work alongside Forms coaching personnel through a Joint Technical Committee to track player development, share evaluations, and identify players ready for the higher levels of play.

The agreement also establishes Forms Academy's Cognia-accredited private school and its international program in Madrid, Spain, as an academic and residential development option for FC Dallas families, particularly on the girls' side, where Forms serves as the preferred development partner for the FC Dallas Girls Academy.

Player development has always been at the center of what we do at FC Dallas. This partnership with Forms Academy gives us a deeper connection to a like-minded group that always values young player development over winning. We are interested in developing and attracting players that have high level of technical proficiency. Typically, those players have much higher future projection.

Forms Academy, founded by Ron Hogsett, operates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has an international training campus in Madrid, Spain, where Forms players train and compete against top youth programs in La Liga's developmental ecosystem. The partnership reflects a shared belief that elite player development begins with technical mastery at the foundational ages and that structured collaboration between a specialized development academy and a professional club produces better outcomes than traditional open tryout models.

We built Forms to develop technically complete players. FC Dallas built the best Academy in MLS. This partnership connects those two things in a way that has never been done before in American professional soccer. Every player in our system now has a structured pathway into the FC Dallas Academy and elite player platforms with years of development data behind them, not a single tryout. That changes everything for our families and for the future of player development in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The partnership includes joint showcase events, shared player evaluation by a technical committee, and collaborative talent identification. Forms Academy will continue to operate independently, maintaining full control over its methodology, coaching staff, and private-school soccer residency program.

Matt Grubb, FC Dallas Girls Academy Director, who was instrumental in developing the partnership framework, has enrolled his own daughters in the Forms Residency program, underscoring the depth of confidence FC Dallas leadership has in the Forms development environment.

On the girls' side, having a development partner with the academic resources and training quality that Forms provides is something unique. I have seen firsthand what Forms does to develop players. My own daughters will be joining their Residency program this upcoming fall. They will be utilizing a program that I truly believe will help them to improve their game and ultimately, their future success in the game.
